3. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

An order may be canceled or placed on hold due to circumstances including unavailable inventory, unsuccessful payment authorization, suspected fraudulent activity, or an obvious pricing or technical error.

In certain situations, we may request additional information to verify an order before shipment. If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product prices, available selections, and promotional offers may be updated periodically. Such changes will not affect confirmed purchases except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Product Information & Display

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and specifications displayed on the Iznori website accurately represent the items offered for sale.

If an obvious pricing discrepancy or incorrect product charge is identified, we may review the affected transaction and contact the customer before proceeding with fulfillment.

Where an order cannot be completed due to a confirmed pricing or system error, we may cancel the affected transaction and issue a refund for any payment already received, as permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate pricing, product information, or promotional details displayed on our website.

6. Inventory Availability & Delivery Estimates

Product availability displayed on the Iznori website may change based on inventory levels and fulfillment conditions. While we work to keep our listings accurate, an item shown as available may occasionally become unavailable before the order is dispatched.

Orders generally require approximately three (3) business days for processing, followed by an estimated 10–20 business days for standard international delivery.

In certain circumstances, the overall fulfillment and delivery period may extend to approximately 30 days or longer due to customs inspections, shipping disruptions, severe weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

These timeframes are estimates and do not replace any delivery rights guaranteed by applicable law.

If a purchased item becomes unavailable during processing, our customer support team will notify you and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund for the unavailable product.

Customers placing orders for delivery outside the country or region of dispatch should be aware that product-related requirements and service arrangements may vary between jurisdictions.

8. Customs Duties & Additional Taxes

For international purchases, additional customs duties, import taxes, Value-Added Tax (VAT), or administrative clearance fees may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country or region.

Unless such charges are expressly included in the checkout total or otherwise required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for paying these additional fees.

Any taxes or shipping charges collected directly during checkout will be presented as part of the purchase total before the transaction is finalized.
